Terms of Service
Effective Date: December, 2025.
By submitting your deposit or written confirmation to join a trip organized by The Wandrly Way LLC or Xianix Barrera Flamenco Company LLC (collectively “the Organizers”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
These Terms govern all participation in travel programs, cultural experiences, classes, and activities coordinated by the Organizers. Please read them carefully.
1. Role & Scope of Services
The Organizers design and coordinate cultural and educational experiences such as dance classes, workshops, guided cultural activities, and optional group events.
The Organizers do not:
Provide, book, or manage accommodations
Book flights, transportation, insurance, or visas
Assume responsibility for any third-party service provider
Make payments on behalf of participants
Participants are solely responsible for booking and paying for their own travel arrangements, lodging, transportation, meals (unless otherwise noted), and any personal expenses.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required to hold your place. Spaces are not reserved without written confirmation and deposit payment.
2.2 Payment Method
Payments are accepted only through bank transfer, Venmo, or another written payment method approved by the Organizers. We do not accept credit cards at this time.
2.3 Payment Schedule
Payments made before January 1st may follow the published payment schedule.
After January 1st, full payment is required unless a payment plan has been mutually agreed to in writing, on a case-by-case basis.
Failure to complete payments by the agreed deadlines may result in loss of your space without refund.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations must be made in writing via email or written message.
3.1 Participant Cancellation
Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Additional payments may be refundable based on the timeline outlined in your trip’s payment schedule.
Refunds (if any) will only be issued to the original payer and payment method.
The Organizers strongly recommend purchasing independent travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical needs, travel delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3.2 Organizer Modification or Cancellation
The Organizers reserve the right to:
Modify activities due to instructor illness, weather, safety concerns, or venue availability
Replace instructors, activities, guides, or venues as needed
Cancel or reschedule the program due to insufficient enrollment or events beyond our control
If a trip is canceled by the Organizers, participants will receive a refund of all payments made to the Organizers. This does not cover any personal travel expenses you have booked independently.
4. Assumption of Risk
Participation in cultural travel programs and dance-related activities involves inherent risks including, but not limited to:
Physical strain or injury during classes
Weather-related issues
Delays, strikes, or disruptions
Theft, loss, or damage to personal property
Illness, including food-related or communicable illnesses
Accidents or unforeseen incidents
Participants assume full responsibility for personal health, safety, and belongings. The Organizers are not responsible for medical expenses, injuries, or losses of any kind.
5. Insurance Requirement
Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain:
Comprehensive travel insurance
Medical insurance valid in all destinations
Trip cancellation/interruption insurance
The Organizers do not provide insurance of any kind.
6. Use of Third-Party Providers
Some activities may involve independent third-party providers (instructors, restaurants, studios, etc.). The Organizers are not liable for the actions, omissions, or services of any third party.
Any issues must be addressed directly with the provider.
7. Participant Responsibilities
Participants must:
Ensure they have the physical ability to participate in dance classes or activities
Follow safety guidelines from instructors and staff
Arrive on time to scheduled events
Maintain respectful conduct toward instructors, peers, and local communities
Secure travel documents (passport, visa, etc.)
The Organizers may remove a participant from the program without refund if their behavior disrupts the group or presents a safety risk.
8. Minors/Child Policy
All trips and activities are designed for adults 18 years and older.
Minors may only participate if:
Approved in advance in writing
Accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times
A guardian signs the Terms of Service and a Minor Participation Addendum
The Organizers do not assume custody or supervision of minors at any time.
9. Media Release
Participants may be photographed or recorded during program activities. By participating, you grant the Organizers permission to use images or recordings for marketing or documentation purposes unless you opt out in writing prior to the start of the trip.
10. Personal Data & Privacy
The Organizers may collect information necessary for trip coordination. Data will not be sold or transferred except when required for program operations (ex. class lists, emergency contacts).
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
The Organizers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Total liability is limited to the amount paid directly to the Organizers
Participants waive any claims arising from travel disruptions, medical issues, third-party failures, or personal choices
You participate fully at your own risk.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes must be resolved in New York County, NY.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting payment (deposit or full), completing the registration form, or participating in any part of the program, you agree to all terms stated herein.
