  • Life happens, we get it. Deposits don't come back, but we offer credits toward future trips if you cancel 60+ days out. Inside that window, it depends on what we can recover from our partners. Travel insurance is truly your friend here (and we require it). Full details come with booking, but we're always happy to talk through your situation.

  • Yes, and not just because we require it. Travel insurance is the safety net that lets you actually relax. It covers cancellations, medical stuff, lost bags—all the "what ifs" that keep you up at night. We'll send recommendations, but any solid, comprehensive plan works. 

  • Flights are yours to book. We give you all the logistics (airports, timing, arrival details), but you choose your route. Use your miles, add a few days before or after, fly the way that works for you. Just show up when the magic starts.
