The Wandrly Way LLC operates a cultural immersion travel company specializing in curated travel experiences, including but not limited to flamenco dance immersion programs in Sevilla, Spain, wine festival experiences in La Rioja, Spain, and other cultural programming. Services may include:

Our travel experiences include photography and videography for marketing purposes. We may use your image for: website galleries, social media posts, email newsletters, promotional videos, print materials, and paid advertising. By booking, you acknowledge that you will be required to sign a Media Release Agreement granting permission for use of your image in promotional materials, or to opt out in writing. This agreement is part of your booking confirmation documents.
6. Booking and Travel Services
6.1 Separate Agreement
Booking any travel experience or service through The Wandrly Way requires acceptance of separate Terms of Service, including liability waivers and booking agreements. These Website Terms and Conditions do not constitute a travel services agreement.
6.2 Information Only
Information on the Website regarding travel experiences, itineraries, pricing, and availability is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
6.3 Travel-Specific Disclosures and Requirements
Our cultural immersion experiences involve physical activity and international travel. Participants are responsible for obtaining valid passports, required visas, and ensuring they meet health and fitness requirements for activities including dance instruction, activities, and cultural outings. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance. Detailed requirements and health/fitness disclosures are provided in the booking agreement.
Additionally, participants under age 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times who is solely responsible for the minor's behavior, safety, and supervision. Unaccompanied minors are not permitted. Additional parental consent forms are required at booking.
6.4 Third-Party Services
We may work with third-party providers for accommodations, transportation, instruction, and other services. We are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any such third-party providers.
7. Links to Third-Party Websites
The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by The Wandrly Way LLC. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. The Wandrly Way LLC reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior violates this code, with no refund provided. Participants are financially responsible for any property damage they cause.
9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE WANDRLY WAY LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE WEBSITE, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

14. Dispute Resolution
14.1 Informal Resolution

14.2 Arbitration Agreement
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the Website will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be conducted in New York, New York, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

ANY CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM YOU MAY HAVE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR THE WEBSITE MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES; OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.
