A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot on any trip. This allows us to confirm accommodations and experiences with our local partners.

2. Cancellations & Credits

Life happens — we get it. Deposits are non-refundable, but if you cancel 60+ days before departure, we’ll issue a credit toward a future trip.


If you cancel within 60 days, credits or partial refunds depend on what we’re able to recover from our local hosts and partners. We’ll always do our best to help.

3. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is required for all travelers. It’s your safety net if something unexpected happens, from flight delays to illness.

4. Trip Adjustments

Every journey involves moving parts. Occasionally, weather or logistics may require small changes. We reserve the right to adjust itineraries when necessary, always preserving the spirit and quality of the experience.

5. Traveler Responsibilities

Each participant is responsible for valid travel documents, compliance with local regulations, and personal well-being during the trip.

6. Liability

The Wandrly Way partners with trusted local guides, hosts, and operators but cannot be held responsible for injuries, losses, or damages arising from third-party actions, natural events, or personal negligence.

7. Communication & Support

These terms are governed by the laws of New York, United States.
